Sorry that we have fallen behind in updates. I did try at New Years, but we were having computer trouble at Scott&#8217;s, and then we left for Wellington on the 1st, where, in typical government &#8211; town fashion, EVERYTHING closes down until after this weekend! Anyhow, we are in Rotorua now with a computer at our motel so I will catch you all up!<br \/>\nOn the 27th, we drove from Nelson to Motueka, where we booked a place in Golden Bay for the next night.We then headed across the Takaka hill, a very steep, windy, nausea inducing hill! Luckily we all dosed up on gravol and made it without incident. We went to a cave tour, and saw beautiful limestone formations, and stalagtities and stalagmites. We also went to the place where Chetwood Forest was filmed &#8211; the scene in LOTR when the hobbits are first fleeing the Shire.
