I got a little update from Scott:<\/p>\n

"A funny thing happened on Saturday. I took my mate Dave (who is the Features Editor at the local newspaper) out for a day geocaching<\/a> a few weeks ago and he loved it. He decided to do a feature on it. He duly interviewed me, sent the photographer to take pictures and interviewed a few others. Well on Saturday I went to buy the paper and flipped to the features section to find a one third page picture of me on the front of the section. Looking goofy of course. Well, have I been teased? Yes I have. They have not yet posted the feature to their web page but I’ll send the link when (and if) it comes up. Too funny. "<\/div>\n

\nAnd regarding his football ("Soccer!") exploits:<\/p>\n

"We won our division soccer title last night (1-0) with the goalie (me) making some fabulous saves. We are the king of the Nelson Summer Soccer league Social mixed “c” grade ….. the honour is almost too much to bear."<\/div>\n

\nAnd Sam’s journey into the real world:<\/p>\n

"Sam is being delivered to University next weekend. Leigh and I will drive him down on the Saturday, over night, and then heave him off on the Sunday. They have a week of orientation then into classes on the 21st. He is really starting to get excited. "<\/div>\n
