{"id":316,"date":"2006-07-28T21:30:03","date_gmt":"2006-07-29T03:30:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/squids.ca\/Blog\/?p=316"},"modified":"2006-07-29T23:09:50","modified_gmt":"2006-07-30T05:09:50","slug":"the-eve-of-the-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.squids.ca\/?p=316","title":{"rendered":"The Eve of the Walk."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tonight is the night before the start of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.endcancer.ca\/site\/TR?pg=personal&#038;JServSessionIdr006=xc22b6bz71.app17b&#038;fr_id=1080&#038;px=1235667\">Weekend to End Breast Cancer<\/a> that Shelley is walking in and we&#8217;ve got a couple of <strong>full<\/strong> days ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow Shel has to be at The Corral at 6:00AM for the openning cerimonies, and then <strong>ALL<\/strong> she has to do is walk 35 km., <em>he said with tongue in cheek!<\/em>   I&#8217;m driving her and her team captains down there, coming back to get the our&#8217;s and Rhonda and Walter&#8217;s kids, then spending several hours setting up tents for the walkers to spend the night in.  Shel is actually planning to come home tomorrow night to get a good rest for the next day, another 25 km, then the wind up.
