Howdy all. I’ve been working on a new blog that will live on the Squids website. PLEASE, check it out and let me know what you think!
Eventually it will take over from this one, so be prepared, but, until further notice, please make posts and comments here. Anything you enter on the new site COULD be deleted as I’m still playing with it. All you regulars have accounts on the new site, and if I get time, I’ll send you your login information, but we’re heading to Saskatoon tomorrow and I don’t know what my online status will be.
Play with it a bit and let me know. Seems to be a bit faster actually!
Not bad but I like the newspaper feel of this site.
Hmmm…I can do that too…pretty easily to boot. I’ll look for one that’s more of a "Newspaper" feel. There’s really nothing special about the theme that’s set up now, it just caught my eye.
Okay Scott, I went looking for a "Newspaper" type theme and couldn’t find one that was ready made. You can have a look at the WordPress Theme site and let me know if you see any that are decent. I could always re-write the theme myself for WordPress, but I don’t want to put that time in, really. So, for now anyway, I’m sticking with the new design. Switch over time is coming…I just need to get some more of the "features" ported over.
