Feeling Better

Posted on January 27, 2007 by Scott

Two quick updates, since giving up wheat and gluten a few months ago I have to confess that I’ve been feeling a lot better.  I’ve lost about 10 kg, most of my hayfever symptoms have disappeared, the tightness in my tummy is gone and frankly I feel MUCH better.  I wonder if  its a gentic thing (IAN) and thought I’d pass on my sucess.  The only time I find it a pain is lunch.  Try it for six weeks ……..

    And I bet Leigh is thankful because of your decreased methane production. (see new comment on blue hake on earlier post}

    I have so many other physical (mental?!?) problems to deal with, wheat is fairly low on my list. Though I will try it when I’m feeling a little better…I hope soon. Though, I have to admit, the last couple days I’ve been struck with a fair bit of “gut tighness” and thought that maybe that’s what it was….we’ll see.
