Running Back to Saskatoon

Posted on December 22, 2007 by Ian

Just like the song, we’re heading back to Saskatoon for a week in the morning.  We haven’t been there for Christmas in MANY years due to life events at home.  (Babies, Warren’s ordeal, etc) so we’re WELL over due.  I will keep up to date on the blog should anything happen, but I’m anticipating a quiet week…’kay?

Anyone else have plans?

    Hope the drive goes well.
Christmas here will be relatively quiet without Brady here. He’s taking Christmas day off work, though he has nowhere to go for Christmas. It’s a regular working day in Kaz. New Year’s Day is the big holiday there.
Thanks for putting Kostanay on the weather panel. I see that today it’s won the “coldest place in the family” sweepstakes. It often does.

Hey ya’ll, well its alredy christmas morning down under and we are enjoying a the traditional bagel, lox and cream cheese for breakfast washed down with a good local sparkling wine. The day is cool and overcast but predicted to clear for games this afternoon. We’ll be doing a “slap up dinner” including hot smoked turkey, salads and other goodies tonight. Since its the main summer holidays I’m off until 8 January as are most people not in the service industry. Sam is down visiting and all is well with the world. I’ll blast out and update later today ……
