Long Lost Relatives

Posted on February 16, 2009February 16, 2009 by Ian

Terry – Joan thought you would be interested in this.  This week I got an email from someone who claims to be decended from David Pycock…who seems to have married my Great Grandfather’s sister, Elizabeth Ann Whitworth…so we’re 3rd cousins.  She was actually looking up her sister’s name in Google, and my genealogy site showed up.  Interesting.

We’re still discussing, but we’ll be sharing our genealogy info.  I have a CD full of Whitworth/Williamson photos, but the labeling on them is fairly sparse so it’s hard to figure out who’s who and I’m not sure any go back that far.

Does any one else have any?

may have some older ones with a Pycock or two in it…My mom used to talk about them, can’t quite remember what the first names were.

Good work Ian … bloody good work. Maybe we could cooperate on getting some of the photos up there
