Varroa Update
Last weekend I attempted the “sugar roll” method of testing for varroa mite infestation of my hives. After carefull rolling, shaking and peering under my microscope ….no mites were found. Today the official testeds for Agriquality are testing my hives using a miticide and stickyboards. We’ll see tomorrow. On a sad note Leigh lost one…
